About Me

Are you experiencing emotions that feel unbearable? Don't worry, you are not alone, you have come to the right place. Together, we will develop healthy tools and coping strategies to discover new ways to regulate emotions and have deeper connections with others. I utilize evidence-based counseling to help you move beyond your current challenges and find new meaning in life. I am passionate about helping others feel more empowered and confident.

I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) and a National Certified Counselor (NCC). I obtained a master's degree in Counseling specializing in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and have bachelor's degrees in Psychology, Family Studies, and Human Development. I have experience working with a culturally diverse client base. I have received additional training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Expressive Art Therapy, Seeking Safety, and Cultural Considerations in LGBTQIA+. I am currently training to become a Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional (CCATP) and Certified in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (C-DBT). I continue to strive to learn and grow as a therapist to meet the unique needs of each client.

I use a non-judgemental and empathetic approach to create a safe space to allow you to explore your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors as you seek a more fulfilling and happier life. During our time together, it's important you feel heard, understood, and respected. I am excited to get to know you and walk alongside you during this journey!
