Welcome to my page! Please let me tell you a little about myself. I received my Master of Science in Professional Counseling and currently hold a professional license in the state of Pennsylvania. In the past, I have worked with a wide array of individuals with a wide range of issues and concerns that they bring to therapy. I have worked with the forensic population, drug and alcohol population, and have worked in community mental health, serving many dynamic clients.
In my counseling career, I have worked with various populations and have tackled many issues with my clients. Some of the areas that I have worked closely with are depression, anger issues, trauma, grief and loss, addiction and recovery, anxiety, ADHD, and life adjustments and transitions. In addition, I have worked with various populations of individuals with a wide range of backgrounds. This has allowed me to approach providing therapy with an open mind and heart.
In my approach, I try and lead my clients to come to their own answers, unearthing solutions and insight that they hold within themselves. My direct approach can often be funny, though empathetic, lighthearted, though deeply emotional. Typically, I find that clients benefit from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, as well as Motivational Interviewing to solve current issues, and can utilize Psychodynamic approaches to delve into more deep rooted issues.
By seeking therapy, you are taking the first step to finding deeper insight and awareness, as well as building crucial coping skills to be able to handle what life throws at you! I'm honored to be able to help you along this process, and I look forward to us working together!

I've enjoyed working with Rebecca. As someone who is deeply resistant to vulnerability and has been unsuccessful with previous therapy experience, I feel connected to her. She has been able to push me where I need it and allow me reflection where I still struggle. Our goal setting helps my type-A nature with giving me attainable points to reach that don't feel completely foreign, but have slowly opened me up. She is also extremely consistent with following up and checking in.
I appreciate Rebecca so much. She has already given me great advice and shows great empathy for the grief I’m feeling.
Although we just began working together I feel extremely close to Rebecca. Her approach is inviting and soft. Easing into counseling is something I need after 5 years without therapy. Thank you so much Rebecca! You’re a huge help so far.
Counseling with Becca has been great! My progress is amazing! She offers inventive strategies that work with my personal roadblocks to help me move forward.
Rebecca's methods help me isolate and clarify issues that I didnt know I had. Once that was achieved, we worked on plans to help combat these problems.
Becca is compassionate and thoughtful. She has multiple therapy methods, and I really have enjoyed having her as a therapist.
