I have worked with individuals, couples, and families in a variety of different settings. As a therapist it is important to me that my clients feel comfortable. You are my top priority. The approach I take is one where I respect your personal beliefs, focus on your strengths, provide you tools that work immediately, and to offer support to facilitate your emotional growth and accomplish your goals. When I'm not counseling, I enjoy exploring the outdoors, rescuing animals, building birdhouses, and reading books for personal growth. My current book recommendations include: "Big Magic," by Elizabeth Gilbert; "The Gifts of Imperfection," by Brene Brown; "The Alchemist,", by Paulo Coelho; and "The Last Lecture," by Randy Pausch.

Always there for me. I did try this counseling . It didn’t turn out well the two times I tried. But with Rebecca I feel like she actually listen to me and making plans and activities to help me deal with my problems. She doesn’t limit my problems. She helps with all my problems. No matter how small they seem. She says all are important. That I should be believe I’m important
