I operate from the stance that people were not intended to suffer alone. Often , burdens that appear too heavy or to great to move beneath feel that way because the individual does not have adequate resources and skills to process through the situations or experiences. As a therapist, I have been blessed to stand along side many individuals as they planted their feet back on the ground and learned to skills necessary to alter their view of self or to shift so that they became bigger than their pain.
I have worked in both in-patient and private practice settings over the course of the last six (nearly seven) years. I have experience working with: trauma, eating disorders, addiction, process addictions, family and couples therapy, parenting concerns, ADHD, depression, anxiety, and personality disorders. I have also served as a minister and am capable of engaging in Christian therapy if desired by the client.
Overall, my goal as a therapist is to work beside the client as they learn to meet their goals not to stand in front and pull them along or stand behind and push them. If we need to stand still and sort through some chaos before moving forward, then that is part of the process and time well spent.

Rebekah has been extremely helpful in aiding me with understanding why I do things the way I do. She's encouraging and positive, but also asks the right questions to get my mind on track. Really enjoy her method of interaction.
I am not one to write reviews, but after doing therapy for nearly 3 months with Rebekah Jones I feel like I must spread the word. Rebekah is honestly a phenomenal therapist who cares, listens, and shows interest in my thoughts and emotions. Before joining BetterHelp I was extremely skeptical about therapy, that was until I met Rebekah. She has totally altered the way I view therapy. The way she communicates her suggestions has made it possible for me to achieve results I never thought I could reach. I would recommend Rebekah to anyone and everyone!
From my first session with Rebekah I could tell she was very perceptive, understanding, and compassionate . I continued with Rebekah after our first session because for the first time in a long time I felt seen, to be understood was the motivation I need to take my health seriously. Rebekah has been instrumental in helping me to gain confidence, self-awareness and to garner my inner strength. It is through our sessions that I have distanced myself from a deep depression and I continue to find my way towards a better life.
Rebekah is a wonderful therapist. We have been working together around 2 months and she has honestly saved me. She listens very well and always has positive feedback. She has taught me to love myself again.
So far Rebekah is amazing. So helpful and understanding with more than the "I see...." brick wall approach, actually offering helpful insight
Talking to her is like having that close person who says things you need to hear but may not want to hear. Someone in your corner to keep you going in the ring even if winning the fight seems impossible or you want to give up, she finds a way to keep you swinging and roll with the punches life throws.
She is awesome! Listens to what I have to say but also gives me the tools I need to make sure that I can help myself as needed. Very understanding
rebekah is the first therapist i’ve seen and she has been absolutely amazing. she is so receptive and actually listens to what you have to say. she is calm and kind and her demeanor makes you feel like you’ve known her for years. she makes it feel like you’re the only client she has, assuring you every step of the way. i’m very grateful to have been matched with her, she has been a god’s sent.
Rebekah is the master of holding space for her clients!! She listens and makes you feel valued and cared for. I am so thankful I found her!
She is very helpful. I’ve learned so much within the first session and look forward to our next sessions.
She truly listens and supports me. She brings in other things that I can actually think on. She helps me recognize my feelings and move forward
She has been a joy to work with. She has been genuine, but also real. If you expect an easy fix then maybe you will get that, but she has seriously wanted to help me solve my own issues when I don't have a clear path.
Rebekah was extremely helpful to me as I was working towards my mental health goals. Having someone to talk to about everything going on in my life was beneficial, but even better was that she helped me reach my goals in a way that worked for me. She has a friendly, comforting presence and helped me feel at ease very quickly. I loved working with Rebekah and hope that I will be able to work with her again if I decide to re-enter counseling in the future.
Ms. Jones has been so wonderful to work with. She is patient, kind, encouraging and thoughtful. She understands my primary concerns and is great at asking what has been on my mind, my recent experiences or even things from the past that I would like to discuss. She has provided helpful activities to try, as well as following up on the goals that we set together. She has been a wonderful addition to my life in my efforts to improve my mental health.
Rebekah has been absolutely amazing! She is supportive and very easy to talk to. She's great at giving validation and let's me vent. Awesome person!
Rebekah is a kind, helpful, and supportive person. She listens and responds in a quick manner, she's very polite as well. She apologies for interrupting me or when I haven't gathered my words to finish a thought. I thank her for helping me thus far, I'm sure she can help many others regardless of their background.
Shes the best therapist I’ve ever worked with. Really approachable and makes me feel very comfortable
The sessions and talks I have had with Rebekah have been really good and productive, counselling with her has been a really positive thing for me and I feel like she’s been really good at it
