About Me

I am a holistic mind/body based counselor that understands that our healing requires the whole body. For the past 17 years, I have helped clients to rediscover and honor their strengths, release emotional ties to trauma, and given them a space to redefine how their past influences the present. I utilize a combination of traditional CBT and client-centered therapy with mind/body concepts, acupressure, energy psychology, breath work, and subconscious imagery and hypnotherapy to allow clients to understand their deeper motivations and emotional ties to current events and behaviors. I will always meet you where you are at each session and will gently encourage you to push and redefine barriers you may have created that interrupt your healing process.

The journey of growth is sometime long and challenging, but the outcome is always worth it. I look forward to serving each clients as best I can.

Regan is so understanding and such a safe space to talk about any issues that come up, whether it is something I initially wanted to start therapy for or things that just come up through out the week that I need some extra help working through. She is my first and only experience with therapy and I cannot recommend her enough.

Regan is able to help identify strategies to support and move forward in positive ways. Being in therapy online gives people a means to work through things without having to turn to family or friends that may have their own issues or concerns to focus on.

I had a great experience working with Regan; she showed me valuable techniques for managing stress, listening to my body, and processing thoughts and emotions. Would especially recommend for anyone who experiences physical symptoms of stress, anxiety, and/or depression, such as pain or digestive dysfunction. Regan has introduced me to the power of tapping which has helped me acknowledge and work through self limiting beliefs and childhood wounds. This is exactly the type of healing I was looking for and am glad I made the switch to a more somatic based therapy approach. I can confidently say I don’t feel as chronically anxious as I did when I first started my sessions. Now it seems like I have to clear the anxiety that has built up over the years and work through more situational anxiety that arises which is a major accomplishment for me. Regan also does a great job of explaining why certain patterns occur and she really takes the time to understand. I’ve learned to be more gentle with myself and have more self compassion thanks to Regan. I look forward to continuing working with her and am excited to see all the good that is yet to come.
