I felt comfortable around Regina to share the traumas that occurred during my childhood. I never felt negatively judged, ashamed, or felt that my words were not being received. It felt wonderful to share my story with someone that wanted to help me.

It started off great and then there was a major disconnect. I'm not sure what caused it but it was negative. Something I expressed was a trigger for me was abandonment & what are the odds that-- that's exactly what I felt after expressing my concerns with my last session?

Regina has been absolutely amazing for me so far, and she is fantastic! I've been to many therapists but the fact that it feels like she simply listens to me and lets me speak and get my thoughts out, then gently helps bring me back down feels like an old friend, and I feel listened to, which I didn't realize was so huge until I started with her. She speaks of her own life experiences to explain things sometimes and that also just really helps me connect with her as a person. Shes been lovely and Im glad to have her in my corner!

Regina is an amazing therapist. Having worked with her for one month gave me a major boost in getting my life on track. I especially like that she spoke with me like a friend and family member. They say everyone needs a cool rich aunty (lol) and she was mine. I am so glad to have been able to talk to her about some of my biggest fears that I never thought I could say out loud. After having some issues regarding my romantic relationship, BetterHelp found me Regina, who came in as a third person who could look on my situation objectively, to guide me in figuring out what feelings were truly my own or influenced by others.
I liked her method of leaving room for silence and letting me do a lot of talking - I was always so surprised when I had more to say!
She has helped me to put a name to some of my self-esteem issues, which has been greatly beneficial to understanding my reactions and anxieties.
I’m very new to therapy, so I don’t have much to compare with, but I don’t think I could have had the confidence to go through this break up without someone reminding me to seek clarity in the “bigger picture”.
