I have nine years of experience assisting clients with understanding, developing and implementing new ways to manage depression, anger, anxiety, stress and many other emotional issues. I hold a Bachelor Arts Degree in Psychology from Columbia College and a Master in Arts Degree in Counseling at Webster University. I am a Qualified Supervisor for registered mental health counseling interns in State of Florida and is currently a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida and Licensed Professional Counselor in South Carolina.
I have worked with variety of populations in many years of practice with a primary focus with dual diagnosed and co-occurring disorders. Additionally, cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, grief counseling, mindfulness, stress management and brief solution focused.
