About Me

I have nine years of experience assisting clients with understanding, developing and implementing new ways to manage depression, anger, anxiety, stress and many other emotional issues. It is my responsibility to provide you with a safe, atmosphere where you can openly discuss issues, heal and grow from your experiences. My goal is to provide quality clinical services to individuals so they may learn to cope with the increased stressors of daily living.

I hold a Bachelor Arts Degree in Psychology from Columbia College and a Master in Arts Degree in Counseling at Webster University. I am a Qualified Supervisor for registered mental health counseling interns in State of Florida and is currently a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida and Licensed Professional Counselor in South Carolina.
I have worked with variety of populations in many years of practice with a primary focus with dual diagnosed and co-occurring disorders. Additionally, cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, grief counseling, mindfulness, stress management and brief solution focused.

I just wanted to say that I have two weeks with Regina and she has helped me in so many ways to understand myself and the problem I have been going through. I love that she is very supportive information and give me great advice.
