About me

I am a licensed professional counselor with over 30 years experience. I am a Certified Professional Counselor Supervisor (CPCS) and I am certified in perinatal mental health (PMH-C). I use EMDR for trauma. I use CBT most of the time. Sometimes I use an eclectic approach. I believe everyone has the potential to be healthier. I believe in demonstrating unconditional positive regard. Your value is not in what you do or your bank account. I believe every human has worth, regardless. I like results! I find it rewarding when a person meets his/her goals.

Attentive, caring, professional and genuinely invested in seeing my life improve

Written on Sep 25, 2023 after therapy with Regina for 2 weeks on issues concerning depression, stress, anxiety, relationship issues, and sleeping disorders

Regina has helped me substantially with finding ways to deal with my past trauma as well as learning to overcome the devestation to my emotions and psyche I've suffered because of it. More then that, she understands the importance of my faith walk and is always willing to pray for me at the end of our sessions which I truly appreciate.
