About Me

Hello! My name is Regina, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have been in practice nearly twenty years. I received my undergraduate and graduate education at the University of Kentucky.

I am enthusiastic and motivational, while maintaining a reality-based core. This relationship is to benefit you, and you will be in the driver's seat. I am here to guide and remind, ask questions and understand. You do not have to worry about being judged or any assumptions made. I am happy to help people identify and break down barriers to their success. I enjoy all the little achievements that can seem like mountains. We can celebrate together!

You should always feel free to be honest with me, and ask any questions you wish. I will always be honest with you. There are no pretenses with me, and you can feel comfortable knowing we can and will help things move to a better place. I look forward to talking with you!

Regina is easy to speak with and has been patient with me. I throw a lot of things at her at once and she has managed to handle and organize my thoughts so I can work towards feeling better about them. She doesn't take long in responding to messages and I feel very listened to.

I am very satisfied with my counselling and with Regina : her expertise , kindness and attention make me feel more confident and relieved about my personal hardships and insecurities. I strongly recommend her as a counselor for people with low self esteem/ stinginess/ codependency and traumatic bonding issues

Regina has been a valuable person in my becoming a stronger woman and helping me build my confidence when expressing my emotions. She has validated my feelings and at the same time I feel that she was sensitive in challenging my definitions of my emotions. I would definitely recommend her to any of my friends and family. She is warm and kind and I felt a connection with her that allowed me to be vulnerable, authentic, and transparent.

Regina has been amazing. I was a pretty tough point in my life and picked Regina due to her experience in dealing with multiple issues. Regina has been super supportive, hasn't been afraid to make me ask myself some hard questions, and has really flipped my feelings of anxiety into ones of peace and calm. Definitely recommend.

She has really helped validate my feelings and acknowledging my mental health as a priority. This is one of the toughest times I’ve experienced and she has helped me have a better perspective and more skills.

Regina has just been incredible. She absolutely has listened to everything I have to say, and given me so many strategies and positive advice. She is very quick to reply!!! She has always been very responsive especially when I had something incredibly urgent happen. She has been with me, supporting me, and truly feels like family to me. I am so happy I was matched with her. I can’t thank her enough for the impact she has made in my life in the most amazing way. I would recommend her to absolutely anyone, she is the best of the best.

Regina is amazing. She’s authentic and encouraging. She really gets where I’m coming from and having a sympathetic voice of encouragement is amazing. Unlike other in-person therapists I’ve had in the past, she lets me explore the issues that matter to me in the moment without leading the conversation. And her wisdom is brilliant. She just gets it.
