About me

Hello! My name is Regina, and I am an independently licensed social worker supervisor (LISW-S) who has provided mental health therapy for 12 years (with a total of 18 years in the "helping" profession). I obtained my Bachelor in Psychology and Master's in Social Work, both from the University of Cincinnati. I use a number of therapy techniques, including cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic, and dialectical behavior therapy. My main priority in therapy is building a relationship with you based out of trust, in which you feel unconditionally supported and accepted and can be your authentic self. I've been told by many that I'm radically kind, compassionate, and non-judgmental. I love helping people overcome challenges related to past trauma. I'm also passionate about body positivity. I really enjoy working with all different types of people but have a special passion for and expertise in working with LGBTQ teens and adults.
