Hello I am Dr. Renae DellaCroce.I am a respectful and humanistic therapist. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado and a Registered Play Therapist (RPT). I am a Certified Addiction Counselor III (CACIII), in the state of Colorado. I have been in the counseling field for over 30 years, starting as a wilderness counselor for teens. I received my bachelors of psychology degree in 1984, master’s degree in 1989 and doctorate in 2017, my life work is a commitment to empowerment and healing.
I have been a consultant, expert witness, clinical supervisor, and I have written many programs for counseling agencies. I was a play therapist for 27 years. I am a published author. My counseling style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don't believe in stigmatizing labels. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, and systemic approaches. I will adjust our conversation and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
