This is my first time speaking with a therapist. Rene is very genuine and knowledgeable. I'm looking forward to future sessions working towards better overall mental health and self awareness.
He is great
He just gets it!
He listens to me and is helping me tremendously!
Rene is a beautiful, kind soul who I've thoroughly enjoyed talking to. His calming guidance feels like it's coming from the grandfather everyone wishes they had. His candor and belief in me have helped me feel more confident and at ease with myself then I have been in years, and I'm happy to have worked with him.
Rene is a wonderful person. His guidance over the last 8 months has changed my life for the better. I'll never be able to thank him enough. If you ever needed help/therapy, I hope you consider him. I would recommend him and this app to everyone I know. Thank you again.
For my short time on this app I like Rene best out of my counselors.
He is very kind and understanding.
So glad I started attending sessions regularly. Having another perspective is really useful!
Knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Highly recommend!
Rene is fantastic. He is very supportive, and provides very thoughtful feedback. Better Help is lucky to have him on their platform!
Rene is a compassionate and collected therapist who really helped me. He has a very calm demeanor and is really easy to talk to. The strategies I worked through with him helped me a lot with anxiety in my day to day life and I’m incredibly appreciative of the work I did with him.
Rene is a wonderful counselor, he really helped me work through a particularly anxious time in my life. His calm, direct approach and wisdom were extremely beneficial for me. I reccomend him 100%.
I worked with Rene for a few months this past fall. He’s upbeat and growth-oriented, and I appreciated that we could talk about real world issues and their impact on how I was doing. I enjoyed that we could laugh during session and am happy I was paired with him. He helped me remember the tools and strengths I already have and supported me in my therapeutic goals.
Rene has been great!!!
Rene's mature perspective is helping me with strategies to communicate with my parents and my young teenage son. He is also a hardcore feminist - probably more than I am, lol - and I can tell he's trying to encourage more strength and bravery.
No issues. Rene is attentive and easy to talk to
Counseling so far has lived up to my expectations and has been very helpful
I don’t know Rene very well yet, but he has been professional, kind, and made efforts to make me feel comfortable even in our first few sessions. He manages to be a straight talker in an encouraging manner, which can be difficult.
Rene is warm, and makes it easy to open up.
