I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) and have been providing counseling to individuals, couples and families for over 10 years. I specialize in the treatment of anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties and low self-esteem. I provide therapy using various modalities including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Mindful Self Compassion. I use a combination of therapeutic techniques to increase both self-awareness and insight as well as skill building and coping strategies.
