I just love Dr. Ricci. She is just what I needed to re-kickstart my mental health healing journey. She is truly an active listener and I appreciate her giving me the nudge and confidence to reach out to my doctor for further support. I literally feel a weight lifted off my shoulders after we speak. I get to say whatever is on my brain without of fear of judgement. We have only had 2 sessions thus far and I am thoroughly pleased and plan to keep therapy going with her for at least 3 months.

Dr. Ricci is the best provider I’ve ever had. Sympathetic, intelligent, and HELPFUL.
I’ve been going to counseling/therapy since I was in Kindergarten. I’ve never had someone give me tools that actually help me. It always just felt like talking while going in circles. I’m glad with Dr. Ricci’s help I am able to work with my past to create a more balanced future.

Ricci, as she prefers to be called, is beyond amazing.
She has a host of credentials and experience, and still comes across as a friend that is open to hearing everything that is concerning you.
She remembers what your struggles have been over a number of weeks and will ask for updates and give suggestions for coping with them.
She is always prompt for her sessions and open to making your next appointment at the end of the session.
I feel like God led me to her since I could not imagine a better therapy experience.

I adore Dr. Hellman. Although we have only had a couple of sessions so far, I am confident in her ability to help guide me through various facets of counseling. Her warm, empathetic, and well-reasoned approach makes her incredibly approachable, and makes space for me to be vulnerable enough to disclose relevant details about my mental health.
