Richard has helped me for the past few years work through anxiety and depression. I couldn’t recommend him more, he is respectful, and just listens. His advice has helped so much and he is just always enjoyable to talk too. He makes me feel comfortable and more open about talking about my anxiety and depression.

Counseling with Richard has been really helpful and beneficial to me. I'm glad we hooked up because I believe he was able to help me grow through some stages of grieving and self-care that I had missed and he encouraged me to set some well-deserved boundaries. I liked his easy going attitude and his recall of me and my issues every week.

Richard has been an incredible counselor for me. An amazing listener and has given me tools and coping techniques that will stick with me forever. Sometimes I can talk forever and he always knows how to respond. He’s by far the best counselor I’ve ever had and is a great balance of supportive and knowing how to deal with my anxieties. I’m always afraid of being judged by counselors and he is not judgmental at all. He has given me a worksheet to work through my anxiety and anxious thoughts I have. Helped me significantly work through irrational versus rational thoughts.

Richard has been great to work with. He proactively reaches out to see if I’m okay. A few times he’s extended our sessions to finish up our conversation. And he does a great job of making me think about things in a different and helpful way

I have always been apprehensive about therapy from failed attempts and not so stellar therapists in the past, but Richard has made it very comfortable for me. It is very nice to have someone who I feel genuinely listens and is patient with me to open up about my problems. Richard has certainly helped me a lot, and I am grateful for that!
