Richard has been supporting me through a series of overwhelming and traumatic events. Im grateful for his skills in both anxiety management and trauma healing. He’s great at listening to my goals Ive set for myself while helping build realistic plans on how to consistently achieve them. I admire his ability to let me vent but also redirect me once the emotions have settled. Great partner on this road to recovery!
