Richard is very easy to connect with and genuinely listens and offers insight while checking in to ensure that he has heard correctly. I have volunteered information to him in session that I have definitely never shared with another therapist and even things that I haven't really allowed myself to think about. His gentle accountability is much appreciated!

Excellent at focusing on whatever you happen to want to address at each individual session. If you have clear treatment goals, he is good at addressing them with a pragmatic attitude.

Mr. Grant has been invaluable on my journey with therapy. Through our short time together, he has given me extremely useful tools to help me understand my emotional blind spots and to find a way to direct my emotional growth. 10/10.
