Rick is a great therapist! Attentive and pays attention to what you are saying and how you are feeling. He is actually engaged in your sessions, which can actually be a hard thing to find in a therapist. Great working with him!

Richard is a great therapist. He not only listens to you but is patient and not judgmental. He lets you open up and then offers insightful and practical advice. He also makes sure you get coping strategies that work for you. He lets you know how you are improving and supports you. For the first time in decades I feel like I have have regained my confidence and happiness! I highly recommend him especially if you feel lost and scatterbrained, like I did. He helps you get back up and feel like a person again. Thank you so much Richard!

Richard did wonderful things for me.
He was attentive and thought provoking. I only needed a few sessions too to be able to see many things about my situation from a different perspective. He was a game changer for me!
