I am an experienced therapist with a demonstrated history of working in the mental health care industry. I have 4 years practicing as a mental health therapist and I have 7 years in the mental health field. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania and a Nationally Board Certified Counselor.
I have spent the past two years working with individuals who have experienced physical and emotional traumas. Additionally, I have a wealth of experience helping people with anxiety and depression. I understand that life is difficult and sometimes we feel stuck. I’m here to help you move forward. I want to connect with you as a person first and foremost. I will adjust my counseling style according to your needs so that you have the most beneficial and effective experience that you could possibly have.
I utilize Person-Centered therapy along with a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT). My role as your therapist is to support, encourage, and guide you to your own self-discoveries as well as reaching any goals we co-create together.

I appreciate everything Ricque has done to help me so far. I’ve been seeing her for a couple months now and I feel like she knows my primary concerns well and does a great job of checking in. Her concern feels genuine and so does her support.
