Hello there! I am a clinical social worker licensed in New Mexico and Florida. I have been working in social work since 2013 and practicing in therapy since 2017. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns to include schizophrenia, depression, anxiety, trauma, sexual assault and eating disorders. I also helped many people who are dealing with eating disorders.
My therapy style is warm and interactive as well as honest and straight forward. I believe in treating anyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, humanistic and motivational interviewing. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
It takes courage to seek a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards change. If you are ready to take that step, I am here to support and empower you.
I look forward to working with you!

I only had one session, but it was the most insightful therapy I’ve ever had - she is very skilled at asking the right questions

After years of trying riley was finally a therapist I could relate with. She makes it so comfortable that its almost like having a best friend as a therapist.

I was in therapy before but never taken seriously. Riley off the bat asks what I need to talk about every week and takes each target in session seriously. She’s gone above and beyond with always responding outside of live chats and checking up if it’s been a while without session. She even is helping me research alternative therapies for my situation which is more than I could’ve ever expected.

Riley is just a great human being, plain and simple - I can tell after only a few sessions of speaking. She's already helped me realize some much-needed context and connections from my upbringing to my current self, which I haven't found from any therapist I've spoken to before her. She's personable, she's eager to help, she mirrors the tone/style of her clients, she makes me/them feel heard with no judgement, etc. I just wanted to say, thank you so much.
