About me

My speciality is working with young adults who suffer from an array of mental health (anxiety, depression, day to to day stressors) and addiction issues. Feel comfortable knowing you are seeing a therapist with 15 years experience and provides a safe environment for change.

My professional approach to therapy is eclectic. I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy, person centered, motivational interviewing, humanistic and positive psychology.

My personal approach to therapy is:
I am a "Keep it real" type of therapist and have a laid back demeanor. I've been told throughout the years I am easy to talk to...

Therapy can be scary, so here's what you can expect:

Lastly, I do not believe in the "one shoe fits all" mentality and as we take this journey together, you will learn, I am anything but a traditionalist.
