About me
Hi! I am Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Florida. I graduated with my Master's degree in Professional Counseling from Trinity International University in 2000. Since that time, I have worked with adults, couples, individuals in the field of addictions and primary mental health, most recently as a clinical director. I have worked with anxiety, depression, anger, addiction, parent-child relationships, communication problems, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, sexual addiction, mid-life issues, etc. I am also a Qualified Supervisor assisting other Master-Level therapists to become licensed. I use an eclectic, "easy to talk to" approach to therapy with emphasis on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Solution Focused therapy (SFT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).
