About me

Have daily routines, busy schedules, or tending to the needs of others caused you to neglect your own self-care? Maybe you've found yourself too busy with work, school, or taking care of others to feel the spark you once knew.

The truth is, regardless of our current life situation, each day and each moment is still bursting with possibilities for joy and adventure. But sometimes real challenges come up along the way that make life seem mundane, or worse yet, like a struggle. With the right practical tools, I believe we can all bring a sense of healthy fun back into the simple routines of our daily lives.

In my work with hospice patients, the homeless, and others facing serious addiction and life threatening health challenges, I have witnessed first hand how, regardless of external factors, people can cultivate a sense of satisfaction, and sometimes even fun in their lives. It takes a steady practice of conscious and intentional self-care, and it may get messy, but it can be done. Life can be fulfilling regardless of external circumstances.

The time to engage with your life is right now - your next breath is literally a once in a lifetime experience.

Robert has been very sympathetic to my plight and also quick to respond to my needs. I really appreciate his straightforwardness.
