Robert Holden, LPC
About me
I graduated from Angelo State University in 2013 and have been practicing counseling for over 5 years. My first three years as a therapist, I helped manage an outpatient program for a psychiatric hospital to gain professional knowledge and experience. I have been in private practice for over 3 years and primarily work with individuals that are dealing with existential crisis and adjusting to interpersonal and relational issues. I specialize in mood disorders (e.g., anxiety, depression and anger) and with improving relationships. I am a compassionate and caring counselor that focuses on a collaborative relationship with my clients to support and encourage healthy strategies to resolve life stressors. My goal is helping clients feel healthy and able to more fully enjoy life.
