I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and have been working in the State of Florida for over 25 years. Prior to that, I saw clients in Texas and Oklahoma. During my career, I have treated literally thousands of people with various presenting difficulties. I have worked with daily conflicts, adjustment disorders, personality disorders, affective disorders, substance use/abuse disorders and loss.
My counseling style is humanistic with a measure of cognitive behavioral therapy and some occasional humor. Together, we can formulate a treatment plan that will help you feel better and more easily cope with the situations with which you are now dealing and hopefully future situations, as well.
Initiating therapy is sometimes a difficult and scary process. However, I look forward to working with you, should you make that decision.
