Hello, and thank you for reaching out to someone about your circumstances. I rely on a number of formal, evidence-based tools involving relationship skills as well as skills developed through CBT, psychotherapy, Mindfulness, and Complex PTSD. I also include strength-based and attachment theoretical models. I strive to help you arrive at your feelings of competency aimed at securing your positive identity.
My personal history is that I have been helping people clinically for 10 years, first as a facilitator for Survivors of Suicide groups, as a Certified Drug and Alcohol Counselor and as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. .Thank you in advance for the opportunity to help you achieve your goals.

Robert is one of the most genuine people I've ever had the pleasure to be counseled by, and they actually helped me so much! I have new coping skills I didn't have before, and feel better prepared to move on in my life with a handle on my brain and everything. Cannot recommend them enough, they are super awesome and accomodating!!

Rob has been such an amazing counselor, he was super responsive and very helpful, someone that you can really depend on. I was seeking for some personal counseling regarding maritial conflict and depression. He was extremely easy to talk to and always gave me excellent advice, and he really was such a great cheerleader. He was on my team, he was empathetic and he provided me with exercises and resources that really helped me deal with my situation. He was extremely patient and respected my goals. I highly recommend him! thank you for being such a great counselor!
