I met Roberto during a very difficult time in my life and he has truly been a gift to me and an amazing encounter. He listens with care and empathy, and after carefully reflecting, he provides concise feedback, not really directing but simply fueling the energy and ability within me, in other words empowering me to face challenges with courage and to take the next steps fearlessly. He has taught me that life is a journey and so no day will be perfect, but I match forward fearlessly knowing that I have it in me to take each day as it comes, with no judgement. And while I may still feel anxious or afraid etc., I can still make a step in the right direction. Change happens in small steps, with Roberto's help, I see myself taking small steps and I like the direction my life is taking. Thank you Roberto, you are a blessing to many.

Rob is an absolute irreplaceable pillar in mental health support. He is patient and kind, thoughtful and receptive. His recommendations are pointed at exactly what I’m struggling with at the time, not random or vague. He gently guides toward insight via both his expertise and his own astute contextualization. I highly recommend Rob.
