My therapy style is interactive and my approach to therapy is client focused, respectful, and non-judgmental. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) Skills, Trauma Informed, Solution Focused Therapy, and I believe that education is an important part of the healing process. I meet my clients where they are and we together, work at a pace that is comfortable for my client.

Through asking me insightful questions and recognising patterns, Robin has helped me challenge beliefs and perceived realities that were causing me pain. She met me where I was at and helped me break cycles of anxiety. She uses a variety of methods and is always compassionate and encouraging - she has been vital to my healing process and we have achieved a lot in a short amount of time.
My sessions with Robin were very helpful. She provides a safe and comforting environment and listens with intent to understand the source of the issue. Although a lot of the time I would rant about things she listened to everything and helped me understand different perspectives as well. She also provides outside resources like books and Ted talks that specifically help what you are going through which was super helpful.
