I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, licensed in the state of Minnesota. I have been in private practice for 8 years now. Clients I have worked with have diagnoses from depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders and personality disorders to name a few. I have extensive training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy.
My counseling style varies depending on each individual client. I make every attempt to treat clients as a whole person, not to divide a person's life challenges as separate from the person. This is helpful to see that a problem can be resolved by relying on other strengths of the individual. I will use humor and normalizing as tools to help clients as well as skill building and self compassion as tools the clients can use to help themselves when they are ready.
I do not shy away from challenges and I know that reaching out for help is scary and going into a place of unknown. I look forward to walking alongside clients as they journey through the process of starting to live their best life. I will be your biggest cheerleader, loudest advocate and strongest defender as you go through the challenges and triumphs of counseling.

These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Rochelle Rheingans. We don’t pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.
She is great
My first therapy experience in life and although in the beginning it felt like an almost impossible task to feel better by talking to a complete stranger about such complex mess of problems in my life.... I'm feeling better every time we talk :)
Rochelle is vreat at listening and gives great advice. She sends quotes and articles that are helpful in my situation.
I am so thankful for Rochelle. She seriously helped me achieve a calmer state of mind and overall life.
Rochelle is a perfect fit for me with BetterHelp. She has no judgement and is patient with listening.
We have only had one meeting, but I like her, feel very comfortable talking with her. I actually feel mor comfortable with her than I did with my previous therapist I saw for years.
Rochelle was my very therapist and helped me during an incredibly hard time in my life. I highly recommend her services to anyone!
I really enjoy working with Rochelle. She is very personable and makes me feel comfortable to tell her all the things. She also reaches out to check on me or send me helpful information. I highly recommend Rochelle!
Rochelle has been WONDERFUL. Prior to joining Better Help I had never gone through any sort of therapy at all. I was apprehensive coming into it, but Rochelle jumped right in and has been guiding me through the process now for a bit and I am very grateful for our conversations. Even if I feel like a lot hasn't happened in that week, we also find stuff to touch base on and I still leave our chats feeling like we are moving in the right direction. I am comfortable in talking and sharing concerns I have or thoughts that I don't think I can always vocalize with her, knowing there isn't any judgment coming in return. I am glad to be on this journey with her help.
Rochelle is an extremely personable and knowledgeable therapist. I’ve found trouble in the past connecting with people virtual but she’s the first therapist I feel connected to on the virtual realm. There’s 0 judgement and she is patient. Rochelle truly cares and is there through the highs and lows. Grateful to have connected with her via BetterHelp. 10/10 would recommend
I’ve had 2 sessions with her & so far she’s been very easy to talk to & has provided me with a few new strategies to improve intimacy between my partner (we start with a few things at a time to avoid becoming overwhelmed) and she’s shared articles and some other therapeutic tools. She also sends daily messages that are there to inform/inspire you & check in on you.
Due to my concerns about medications and feeling as though I need to seek out a proper diagnosis, she has made it clear that she has the resources to refer me to those who can do so while she is also treating me.
I’m excited to finally make some progress in therapy as I’ve been to multiple therapists and ran into many obstacles and unprofessional workers. I wasted a lot of money but I’m FINALLY getting the treatment I’ve been waiting years for.
I’d highly recommend her. ❤️
I’ve only had the privilege of doing 2 sessions with Rochelle thus far, but she is absolutely amazing. I love that she talks to me like a human and not like she’s the therapist and I’m the client. She has made me feel so comfortable so far and I am really enjoying my sessions with her. Highly recommend her!!
During my tangent of explaining some issues I have, Rochelle has been really helpful with sending me motivational quotes and messages, thank you so much!
Working with Rochelle has been great.
Rochelle has really listened to me and my concerns and has shared important information that is helping me to heal.
Grateful for the daily check ins and genuine care Rochelle has for my issues. Great useful practical tips that I can actaully do in between sessions where she always gives me a fresh perspective and helps me find my own. So much value in getting to check in each day. Thank you Rochelle
Rochelle rocks!! :)
I had Rochelle last year as my counselor, I enjoyed working with her so much that I pop back in to chat whenever I feel a little off or overwhelmed by something. I have absolutely no plan to ever see someone else! She is the absolute best!!
Rochelle is very helpful with all my concerns and gives me useful tools to cope .
Rochelle helped me through a very dark period in my life this past spring following the unexpected and tragic loss of my mother. Losing someone is never easy, and loss during a pandemic is magnified. I am in a healthy place today because I sought out help, and Rochelle was there to provide it for me.
Rochelle makes me feel heard and supported, she’s a rock for me.
Amazing down to earth wonderful person. Listened to me tease out my knots and thoughts and helped me figure out what steps to take to start making progress.
Rochelle is an extremely caring, forthright provider. She listens, and offers insightful advice. I really appreciate her listening to me and helping me with my ongoing struggles.
Rochelle does an amazing job listening to what your concerns are and figuring out a plan to address the things you want to work on. She also makes speaking to her very comfortable and is upfront with her answers and intentions. I am a STRONGLY private person and she has made communications very pleasant.
Rochelle helped a lot in my most difficult time.
I've been seeing Rochelle for only two weeks and I'm already impressed with her. I like her style of communication and she gives great advice. I feel like I'm already getting my feet under me and have a plan on how to go forward. I'm grateful for her support.
Rochelle was amazing. I really enjoyed her as my counselor. I was in a very dark place before I found betterhelp. I was suffering postpartum anxiety and had recently been put on meds. I needed to speak with someone desperately and having a baby made it hard for me to meet with anyone. Rochelle was exactly what I needed when I described the type of counselor I wanted. She was very patient with me, and very flexible. She's really helped me get back on track with my life postpartum. I am very thankful for this app and amazing counselors like her!
I’ve only been working with Rochelle a couple of weeks but I feel like she understands where I’m coming from much of the time. She has given me lots of good advice and resources just in the couple of times we’ve spoken - and she is super responsive via text messages which I need and appreciate. I am glad I was connected with her as a counselor!
Rochelle gives me confidence that I am not crazy. I love the worksheets she sends.
Rochelle is the best. I feel a lot of emotional support from her and the solutions she proposes are just small enough where I'm not anxious about it. She always checks in on me and that truly makes me feel like I matter. She has experience in assisting with all the concerns I've brought up to her and is very encouraging when you're in the process of growing as an assertive individual. I am very thankful that she was initially paired with me on betterhelp, since I've gone through many counselors and groups in person.
Rochelle is sweet and great at getting back to people. She seems to have an abundance of resources available for those willing to take a hard look at themselves and at the possible steps needed to get through difficult situations.
