About me
I am a Professional Clinical Counselor licensed in Ohio with a Training Supervision Designation, which a way of saying I am able to supervise and train other counselors. I have had the opportunity to gain over 12 years of experience and practice as a counselor and supervisor in diagnosing and treating individuals seeking assistance with behavioral health concerns. I have worked with clients of all ages with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, addiction, life changes, relationship and intimacy issues, parenting problems, and career challenges. I have also helped many people who have dealt with communication problems, codependency, and concerns with self-love.
My counseling style is warm, interactive, and attentive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don't believe in stigmatizing labels. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, person centered, mindfulness, and solution focused counseling. I will work with you in targeting your priorities and developing a strategy to assist you with gaining needed skills to meet your needs.
The first step is often one of the hardest. It takes courage to seek a more fulfilling life. If you are ready to take that step, I am here to support and empower you.
I look forward to working together!
