Rocio has been a tremendous support to me along my journey with grief, loss, and self-care alike. I had an unexpected death in my immediate family, and was struggling to deal with everything while also managing the distance of living abroad. She is extremely understanding and helpful, but also willing to just be with in those difficult moments where words are unnecessary. I feel very lucky to have worked with her and know that I can continue to reach out to her in the future if and when I am struggling again. Thank you, Rocio.

Rocio is so kind and caring. She listens and understands my concerns. She is clearly very experienced in communicating and offering advice for those with ADHD. I'm so grateful for her.

Very supportive and understanding helps me deal with my anxiety in a good way. She understands how I deal with things and gives me good feedback that helps me change the patterns I need to change in order to take better care of myself.

I had a wonderful couple of sessions with Rocio. She was very observative, calmly able to point out patterns in my past that i hadn't noticed yet myself and being able to understand the context of my own behavior in order for it to improve so i can lead a mentally healthier life. Thoroughly recommend working with Rocio!
