About me

Hello. I am excited to be part of BetterHelp and to be able to discuss my background and methodology on helping clients regarding relationships, anxiety, depression, substance dependency, work related issues, etc. I have found meditation such as breathing exercises and changing negative thoughts into positive ones to be very helpful. Everyone is different and there is not one approach for all. In many cases discussion of the client’s early life and the affect it currently has is useful.

My education is as follows:
New York University. BS administration
New School for social research. MA psychology
Hunter College school of social work. MSW
Licenses lmsw, lmhc
