About me

I have several years experience working with individuals who have serious mental health barriers to daily life function. As a clinical social worker I believe in treating the whole person mind, body, and spirit. I focus on reality based therapy solutions that meet individuals where they are in their life. Therapy only works if you are open to the process.

Therapy is hard work and a process that takes time and effort. I specialize in trauma focused therapy which assists individuals healing from past sexual abuse, physical abuse, and domestic violence.
