Roletha Cathy, LCSW
About me
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Therapist in Texas with over ten years of experience working with diverse populations from age, ethnicity, depression, anxiety, community, schools, environmental/career changes, social and emotional concerns.
My counseling style believes that as a therapist, I don’t have all the answers, but collectively with the help from the client – WE CAN GET THERE! My approach is client self-determination and solution-focused therapy – I genuinely believe in the power of the client. As a therapist, I will aid in finding the needs and connecting to provide the client with feeling fulfilled and empowered.
Due to the unprecedented climate, as a therapist, I understand that it takes a willful client to identify their needs and seek support. Just find solace in knowing the first step has begun, and I look forward to empowering, supporting, and working with you.

Ms. Cathy is very supportive and understanding. She cares alot for growth and helping others become the best version of ourselves. The best decision made was booking for my first session with her.

Roletha Cathy is a great listener and addresses focused issues head on in each session. She gives me a chance to see it from a different perspective and helps me work on it. I appreciate Roletha and her role as my therapist.

I find Roletha very understanding of all the situations I've shared with her. In most cases she can relate to what I'm going through, which is refreshing to have from a therapist. She's not only giving advice because she's a therapist, but because she's experienced the situation too. It's difficult to come by a therapist who can relate. She's very encouraging and super supportive. She'll work with you to guide you to your better self, like ask you reflecting questions or give you worksheets. She's the best therapist I've had the chance to work with.
