Rosa Avant, LPC
About me
I have been working in the mental health field for over 12 years and providing therapy for more than 5, supporting individuals through life’s most difficult seasons. My areas of focus include anxiety, depression, women’s issues, trauma, attachment styles, and relationship and family concerns. My approach is warm, collaborative, and empowering — blending evidence-based practices like CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed care with a deep respect for your unique story. I believe therapy is not just about managing symptoms, but about reclaiming your voice, finding balance, and building healthier patterns that allow you to thrive. Together, we will identify what’s holding you back and create a path forward that feels authentic and sustainable. My goal is to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel supported, seen, and inspired to step into the best version of yourself.
