I am a licensed independent clinical social worker (LICSW) in the state of Minnesota, with over 10 years of service as a psychotherapist, and over 30 years of service as a social work generalist. I have served families from all socioeconomic backgrounds. I work with clients who experience a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, family conflict, parenting problems, workplace challenges, trauma, spiritual challenges, and many other challenges that could potentially interfere with one’s ability to live their best life.
My counseling style is caring, warm and interactive. I create a safe space for my clients to allow them to express themselves freely, and to experience the dignity, respect, sensitivity, and compassion they deserve as they do their work. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, client-centered, psychodynamic, motivational, mindfulness, and spiritual counseling. Together, we develop a treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
It takes courage to seek to live your best life. Today you are one step closer to accomplishing your goal. If you are ready to take the next step, I am here to support and empower you.
I look forward to serving you!

She's very attentive, and you can tell she's a pretty good listener. This makes it feel reassuring after talking with her.
Dr Collins tells you the truth as soon as she is able to. The best therapy comes in the form of honesty.
She’s a very nice lady.
After working With Rosella Collins-Puoch regarding stress, self image, and taking ownership of it life. I have been able to male some changes and work on my boundaries. I'm so thankful for the time with her!!
Rosella both walked with me and coached me through a hard period of my life. I'm so grateful for her wisdom and questions, they really helped guide me to a healthier pathway.
Rosella Collins-Puoch is an excellent counselor. She is positive, energizing, supportive, and dedicated. She truly wants to help people navigate turning their lives around, or even just getting a new perspective. Rosella never judges, but firmly supports making healthy decisions to improve your quality of life. I feel comfortable discussing anything with Rosella and I absolutely recommend her services to others.
Rosella is an extremely kind counselor who is very good at listening. I'm the kind of person where, if I continue to talk about my problems, I can normally identify at least one or two causes. Rosella is perfect for this kind of need, as she is good at listening and chiming in with meaningful feedback when appropriate.
