I am a licensed independent clinical social worker (LICSW) in the state of Minnesota, with over 10 years of service as a psychotherapist, and over 30 years of service as a social work generalist. I have served families from all socioeconomic backgrounds. I work with clients who experience a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, family conflict, parenting problems, workplace challenges, trauma, spiritual challenges, and many other challenges that could potentially interfere with one’s ability to live their best life.
My counseling style is caring, warm and interactive. I create a safe space for my clients to allow them to express themselves freely, and to experience the dignity, respect, sensitivity, and compassion they deserve as they do their work. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, client-centered, psychodynamic, motivational, mindfulness, and spiritual counseling. Together, we develop a treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
It takes courage to seek to live your best life. Today you are one step closer to accomplishing your goal. If you are ready to take the next step, I am here to support and empower you.

Rosella is a kind, honest, helpful therapist. She is funny and I can tell she takes time to really listen to what her client has to say and give them really thoughtful advice. She says truth, even if it’s hard to hear because she cares for your mental health.

Dr. Collins is very understanding and asks good questions if I’m not making myself clear. She is open and gives great suggestions to help me do better. I like how down to Earth she is, making sense and not using technical terms that I don’t understand. A very compassionate therapist…and a pleasure to work with.
