About me

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor practicing since 1981. My primary focus has been with families and young people seeking to address disruptive behaviors in the home as well as in social settings and schools. In recent years I have served the military communities at Installations all over the world. This has been with active duty members as well as dependents exploring the challenges of a military life. I enjoy life coaching and the opportunities to encourage others in pursuit of their personal goals. Most recently I have developed a focus on senior adults who are grieving or have found themselves isolated and looking to break the cycle of loneliness.

Solution Focused Brief Therapy has been my approach over the years.

Ms. DeZelle is an excellent example of what a therapist should be.
Someone who doesn't see the patient as another number and a paycheck and is actually striving to help them.
