I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for the states of Florida and Texas. I have over 24 years of professional work experience providing 1:1 clinical services, group counseling, workshop facilitation, briefs, and consultations.
My clientele have ranged from military members and their families, to children, parents, native Spanish speakers, and multiculturally diverse populations.
This has allowed me an opportunity to work in different settings from military bases to schools; the medical field, and in overseas countries.
I have experience in helping clients with relationship issues, trauma and abuse, intimacy related issues; parenting issues from post-partum for both mothers and fathers, to parenting teenagers.
Moreover, my experience extends to working with separation, anxiety, depression, adjustment difficulties, and marital challenges. I believe in using a holistic approach toward transformational growth, focusing on the mind, body, spirit, and social centers of our well-being. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
