With over 25 years of clinical experience helping people change, I can appreciate the challenge of searching for the right therapist.

I specialize in the use of Cognitive-Behavioral (REBT, CBT, ACT) and Hypnotherapy to address issues of anxiety, depression, social anxiety, dating anxiety, creative challenges or blocks, relationship and marital issues, divorce issues, parenting issues and issues of sexuality. I have a rich history working with individuals, couples, families; career transitions, addiction recovery and romantic confidence building.

I give practical suggestions, homework and new methods of behavior to accomplish outside of session. My practice is very real world and straightforward. I specialize in confidence challenges: occupational, financial, romantic, sexual and social. I work with professionals, creative artists and others in the entertainment, corporate, legal and medical industries. I welcome and embrace diversity.

Ross has been quite helpful and instructive. He is very practical.
