I help adults that have experienced difficult and traumatic experiences during childhood. I utilize multiple perspectives to support clients in managing trauma symptoms. I draw from psychodynamic and systems approaches to help individuals reconnect to thier bodies and in relationships. Growth after trauma is possible and I look forward to supporting you in this important work.
In addition to trauma work, I also do couples therapy work. I utilize Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused techniques to help couples break harmful patterns and learn how to connect again at any stage of their relationship. I look forward to hearing from you!

Ross’ professionalism is somewhat of a rarity in current landscape of mental health care. He not only addresses the current issue you may be wrestling with, but he takes keen interest in the root causes of the problem and helps you address your situation with an entirely new perspective. His solutions never fall into the unfortunate trappings of mindfulness-based approaches, i.e. “just try to focus on your breathing and you’ll feel better.” Ross is upfront about the rigorous work that’ll come with true healing and self-acceptance.
No matter what you’re dealing with, Ross’ approach is always empowering and non-judgmental. I’ve learned a lot from speaking to him and feel safer, and maybe less ashamed, to become my authentic self. I hope he continues his practice for years to come.

Ross has been awesome. He's amazing at listening, and actually thinking about what you've said.
I have found in the past that my therapists are just thinking about the advice they want to give before letting me finish my thought.
Also, Ross is super fast at responding, and in a moment of crisis, that is an amazing feeling.
