About me

Welcome! My name is Ross Manning. I am a seasoned clinician with extensive training and experience treating addiction, trauma, anxiety, depression, and a broad range of presenting issues. I have experience working in various treatment settings including the inpatient unit, psychiatric hospital, school, jail, and home-based services; however, my primary delivery setting has always been the outpatient office. As a bi-product of Covid19, I have provided telehealth services since March 2020. I have had the pleasure to work with a diverse client population presenting with a broad range of presenting issues over the years and welcome all people. I do have experience and training working with some specific groups including active service members and veterans, Masons and members of other Masonic appendant bodies, and people of Faith. However, I do not have expertise in all areas of practice and will make referrals when appropriate.

*Note - I offer primarily evening and weekend hours. For those looking for scheduling flexibility around your first shift, daytime work schedule, my scheduling offers that after-hours and weekend, non-traditional availability. If you need therapy days and times during the M-F 8-5 time-frame, I encourage you to look for another provider as I do not offer these scheduling options at this time.

When I first started realizing I needed help with my mental health I was really reserved and anxious about opening up to someone and being vulnerable. Ross made it really easy for me and he has been helping me phenomenally, I really appreciate what he does for people and the effort he puts in!

Ross is very good about asking questions in a way that get you thinking about the issue without telling you what the issue is or trying to trample over what you think the issue is.

He has been instrumental in helping me fight thru a lot of negative life events and providing plenty of tools for me to work on myself. He also helped me realize some things about myself that I had not made the connection on. I highly recommend

Working with Ross has been a great experience. Ross is a great listener and provides thoughtful feedback. I always feel that I have the space I need to speak my mind. And when I want some more structured strategies Ross has always been right on target with providing resources and suggestions.
