Written by L.A. on Jan 23, 2022 after therapy with Russ for 2 weeks on issues concerning depression, and intimacy-related issues

I was really nervous starting therapy after so many years, but Russ has been nothing short of a great listener and very supportive and helpful for me. If I would’ve known how comfortable it really is talking to somebody like him, I would’ve done this years ago!
