Russell is very professional and he focuses on your main problems and priorities. He's attentive, flexible with the scheduling and he's overall enjoyable therapist. Strongly recommend
Russell takes time to understand your circumstances, is easy to speak with, and has great experience that helps him find the right tools for you
He's highly qualified and been a counselor long enough to understand my problems with much expertise.
Russell Johnson has assisted me in amazing ways over the last few months. I can sleep without nightmares.
Very nice counselor with helpful suggestions and counseling aids.
Russell has been great! He has helped me recognize things that are hurting my progress in life. I can now make conscious efforts to overcome these phobias i have. I would love to continue sessions; Ijust can’t afford them right now.
He offered just what I needed at just the right time. Smart, resourceful, and attentive.
Russell is attentive and responsive. He presents as a caring , well-informed mental health professional. Additionally, he provides excellent materials and/ or ideas for expansion of concepts discussed during therapy.
Russell is well informed and has very good insight to issues that are too close to recognize myself. I’m very grateful for his direction and support.
I was a mess and close to the bottom when I got the courage to seek help. Mr. Johnson is very supportive, has offered practical advise on how I can help myself, and helped me to overcome the fear and feeling of weakness that I had in seeking help. The recommended materials are relevant. He has helped me to see that it’s not ok to be miserable and that I deserve to feel better.
Mr. Johnson helped me work through the first few weeks of complicated grief surrounding the sudden loss of one of my parents. I didn't know what to expect going into this, and I was a bit skeptical. I'm very glad I took the chance on therapy and was matched with Mr. Johnson. He was able to get deep into the root of a lot of what I was dealing with and help me see things from a very different (and helpful) perspective. He also gave me some books recommendations and handouts/resources to read, and some homework to do, to help me work through things between sessions. Very grateful for his skilled guidance, help, and support.
