I was a mess and close to the bottom when I got the courage to seek help. Mr. Johnson is very supportive, has offered practical advise on how I can help myself, and helped me to overcome the fear and feeling of weakness that I had in seeking help. The recommended materials are relevant. He has helped me to see that it’s not ok to be miserable and that I deserve to feel better.

Mr. Johnson helped me work through the first few weeks of complicated grief surrounding the sudden loss of one of my parents. I didn't know what to expect going into this, and I was a bit skeptical. I'm very glad I took the chance on therapy and was matched with Mr. Johnson. He was able to get deep into the root of a lot of what I was dealing with and help me see things from a very different (and helpful) perspective. He also gave me some books recommendations and handouts/resources to read, and some homework to do, to help me work through things between sessions. Very grateful for his skilled guidance, help, and support.
