Ruth has been invaluable in helping me to understand and work through a very challenging and sudden change to my personal life. She is very approachable and flexible in our sessions and she has really helped me to reframe and encourage different ways of thinking. I don’t think I’d be where I now am in my journey of healing without our sessions.

Ruth is my favourite therapist I’ve seen in years. I’m a self-aware person with solo practices in place (like a robust journaling regime, and meditation) to take care of my mental health, yet I still leave with perspective after every session that strikes me as brand new insights I wasn’t reaching on my own. Highly recommend her!

Ruth has been fantastic. I had a big relationship decision and life decision to make regarding a house.
Ruth really understood my needs/concerns and helped me get to where I needed to to be happy.
