Ruthie is an incredible therapist. She is always empathetic to what I'm going through. Our work together has had a tremendously positive impact on my mental health. She provides great guidance and shares resources I can do outside of our sessions. I would recommend Ruthie to anyone who is dealing with loss, grief or depression.
