About me

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 18 years of professional work experience. Most of my experience has been with the NM Veterans Administration helping clients with PTSD, anxiety, depression, abuse, anger management, substance abuse, family and relationship difficulties, and many other life transitions. I provide trauma informed care and have training in cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness and acceptance therapies, solution focused therapy and other evidenced based practices. I am committed to treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion in a nonjudgmental way. Together, we will design our treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. I feel so comfortable and confident speaking my concerns with Sabine. Sometimes I'm nervous about sharing something but she's proven time and time again that she's compassionate and non-judgmental. On bad days, she's given me support and confidence someone is on my side and will be there for me.
