About Me

Hello, and welcome! I am a licensed professional counselor in the state of Georgia. I earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Georgia State University, and a Master of Science degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Mercer University. I have worked with a variety of clients in different settings, including outpatient counseling, in-home counseling, inpatient hospitalization, and partial hospitalization. Within these different settings, I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including anxiety, stress, depression, relationship issues, career concerns, and those who are just looking for some guidance during a transition or a particular stage in life. I truly believe that counseling can benefit everyone.

My counseling style is warm, person-centered, and direct. I believe in treating everyone with respect and compassion, and I also believe that being upfront and honest with my clients is of utmost importance. The counselor-client relationship is a collaborative effort, and my role is to guide and direct you towards the solutions that we will develop together. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, and solution-focused therapy. I will tailor our interactions and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.

I will respond to messages every 24-48 hours. I do not have an established schedule for live sessions, however, we can work together to determine a meeting time if you desire video chats. I look forward to working with you. Take pride in the fact that you are taking a step towards addressing your concerns!

Sade Mierez-Grady was always so helpful. I am grateful for her kind words and urging me to continue to seek treatment even if it not be on this platform.
