About me

We all find ourselves seeking therapy for different reasons. Utilizing therapy to better your life and continue to grow as a person is a major strength for anyone and I commend those who want to better their lives. With that being said, change can be scary. We get comfortable and set in our ways. My goal is to help you identify your personal goals and guide you along as you reach them each step of the way. My nonjudgmental approach and warm personality helps to meet my clients where they are at in life. We all have had our struggles and triumphs; there’s no shame regardless of our current life situation.

I specialize in treating adults from a trauma informed and attachment informed perspective. I believe strongly that in focusing on understanding patterns that got us to where we are, helps us to develop a plan moving forward. When we can create safety and stability through developing healthy coping, we can then address the deeper issues underlying what is currently going on.

My goal in therapy is is for clients to feel at ease and empowered so they can feel comfortable opening up about their struggles and begin to work on them. We are all works in progress and require some guidance at times. I hope to hear from you soon!

Sadie is a wonderful therapist. She talks with me throughout the week and checks in on how I’m doing. She offers good advice and helps of things in a different way. I’m glad I finally started therapy and have someone to talk to about things.

In a time when it can be challenging to find a therapist with an open practice or availability in their schedule, particularly one who is a good fit, Sadie Miller-Daley has always been available, responsive, and there for me to help me reach my goals, prompting me to positive habits I’ve set for myself and self care, and open with expert and experienced advice and resources. She’s also very down-to-earth and approachable, and never judges or makes me feel like I’m “too much”. When I go a little while without replying, I appreciate her initiative in making sure I’m doing okay. Her “regular messaging” response times are outstanding and I’ve gained many insights from the live sessions - lots of time slots available, which is great. I think I’ve grown a lot thanks to therapy, and I’m so thankful for the service, feedback, support, and time provided by Sadie. I highly recommend this skilled and compassionate professional as a therapist.

Sadie has been nothing less than amazing! We have done three sessions but she has helped me pinpoint and realize certain areas of my life are causing me to struggle and how to approach them!
