About Me

We all find ourselves seeking therapy for different reasons. Utilizing therapy to better your life and continue to grow as a person is a major strength for anyone and I commend those who want to better their lives. With that being said, change can be scary. We get comfortable and set in our ways. My goal is to help you identify your personal goals and guide you along as you reach them each step of the way. My nonjudgmental approach and warm personality helps to meet my clients where they are at in life. We all have had our struggles and triumphs; there’s no shame regardless of our current life situation.

I specialize in working with children and adolescents with a variety of issues as well as through difficult life transitions (divorce, adoption, etc). I have worked with teen mothers and their families as well. Additionally, I have extensive experience working with young and older adults in addiction, and through various issues ranging from depression, anxiety and through difficult transitional times.

My goal in therapy is is for clients to feel at ease and empowered so they can feel comfortable opening up about their struggles and begin to work on them. We are all works in progress and require some guidance at times. I hope to hear from you soon!

The communication I've had with Sadie has been wonderful. I feel that she very genuinely listens to me and the issues I'm having. The few tools she's given me up to this point have been simple, easily implemented, and massively helpful. I do not feel that she is trying to sway me in any direction with the big changes in my life, but is instead helping me to navigate and make my own informed decisions. I would recommend Sadie to every single person that is considering counseling.

I have been working with Sadie for about three weeks now. She has been such a tremendous help in getting me through some issues I was dealing with. She is always responsive when I send a message and very caring and supportive during our chats. She has made this whole experience very comfortable and reassured me that I am doing what is best for me. Her caring nature and supportive responses, while at the same time saying what I need to hear, are wonderful attributes in a therapist.

Sadie has been great. She listens closely and responds insightfully. She follows up with me regularly and has provided some valuable tools. She is welcoming and easy to talk to, but also isn’t afraid to confront me when I’m holding myself back.
