Therapist Sage Olson Photo

About Me

I am a licensed clinical social worker in Utah and Nevada with years of experience facilitating individual and family therapy, with experience dealing with a variety of diagnoses including depression, anxiety, addiction, self-love, relationship issues, building resilience, dealing with shame, and parenting problems. I also have a lot of experience working with individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

I am a big believer in "starting where the client is", meaning we will start with what strengths and support systems you do have and work from there. I am also a big believer that a solid relationship and trust need to be built before you can be vulnerable and open. I put effort and focus on building the relationship and establishing trust, so you can feel safe that you are working with someone who cares and knows what they are doing.

Recognizing that you need help and reaching out is a big deal. Therapy isn't always pretty and can be a long, emotional process, but it will be worth it in the end. If you're ready, I'm here to help.

Sage Olson is an amazing person. She has helped me find issues with my life that I blindly looked over. She is a life saver, before talking with Sage I had very little energy to keep good. She was the jump start I needed in my life. Thank you Sage.
