About Me
Sometimes, holding a mirror up can reflect back strengths we don't realize we possess, especially in difficult times and circumstances. It has been an honor for me to watch people overcome a variety of challenging situations, recognizing their own strengths, and giving back to others and their communities. This is what inspires my practice.
I draw from a variety of theories, because I know that there is no one size fits all approach. I often utilize Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Family Systems Theory and Self-Compassion models. It is important to be aware of a variety of tools, paths and resources available to you on your journey towards wellness. This is why I also value your feedback as we work together,
I am here to collaborate with you and together we will work to improve your life. We may explore lifestyle patterns and how they impact our mental health and well being. You will learn new skills and explore thought patterns that often block us from recognizing our own strengths and potential. We will find what works for you. I also enjoy sharing the brain science behind practices, so you can understand why these tool are so effective. My goal is for you to become so competent in using skills learned that you are able to not only improve your life, but the lives of those around you!

Sairah helped me go through an extremely difficult period in my life while providing an accepting and understanding environment. My path of going through acceptance and recovery was made so much easier and she introduced me to new healthy habits such as meditation and journaling.
Sairah is amazing, resourceful and compassionate. I have full confidence in her abilities and feel so grateful to have met her!
Sairah is kind and compassionate. She has offered concrete steps and actions for me to take to help with my anxiety, along with suggestions to help the way I think about stressful tasks and projects. After two sessions I felt a huge improvement in my mental and physical state. I am sleeping better and feeling more calm and excited about the future. Thank you Sairah!
Sairah is kind, calming, and makes me feel validated. Her exercises with self-compassion have already brought out a steady growth in me, and I look forward to talking with her every week.
Sairah is amazing. She takes the time to really listen and pay attention to all the details. I've only had 2 sessions with her so far and I already feel like I'm on the right path! I recommend her to anyone feeling lost, troubled, confused - she will help you find your way again!
In just two visits I’ve seen a dramatic result and I feel so much better !
Having worked with several other counsellors before, I’ve now been working with Sairah for over a year and would really recommend her. She is very easy to talk to, and is patient and compassionate as well as being able to gently challenge me where I have blind spots or need encouraging to stick with it in what I’m working on in our sessions. It has been great to have the flexibility of live messenging chat, phone call, or video call depending on how I’m feeling and the pace I want to take things. Sairah has helped me find ways to cope and build on my strengths through difficult and challenging times, and has encouraged and guided my work on personal growth.
Sairah is patient, kind and reassuring. Her activities and advice have helped me so much already in the short time I have been working with her. Thank you so much :)
I’ve been meeting with Sairah for about nine months now and have seen such a positive change in my life. With her thoughtful questions and guidance I’ve navigated my first nine months of sobriety and have finally begun to understand the source of the sadness which I was trying to numb with alcohol. She’s also helped me adopt a meditation practice and better self-care habits - both of which have been instrumental in helping me create the change I want in my life. Sairah is a great listener and has such warmth; I always come away from our sessions with a healing energy that propels me on to continue the work at hand. I’m so grateful to have been matched with her!
I am aware that i haven't been an easy case at all. I have problems to share, I don't trust easy and I am extremely skeptical. And even so, Sairah has shown nothing but support and useful guidelines. She is experienced and extremely empathic and supportive, always trying to help.
Sairah is quite knowledgeable and helpful. Most importantly, kind.
I’ve only been speaking to Sairah a short while and I already feel like a huge weight has been lifted off my shoulders. Sairah just knows exactly how to word things to make you realize there are positives for what you are going through. 10/10 would recommend Sairah to anyone who is struggling!
Sairah is a good professional, but above all a really good life advisor. I love how she gives the support when needed as well as all the more professional tools and material, and more technical explanations about how our brain works and how we can change our perspective and train to make it work to be happier people. I would repeat this journey with her with no doubts.
After 2 sessions I see an improvement in my mental state. I feel that Sairah has excellent compassion, very good diagnostic skills, and a range of simple but effective therapy tools. A good match. Makes me feel relaxed.
I feel extremely fortunate to have been matched with Sairah. She had actionable suggestions right away and I’ve found our sessions to be very helpful. I’m very impressed by her ability to connect, and she has such a warm approach.
Sairah is doing a great job of helping me change my life. She is awesome!!! I will be forever grateful I was matched with her.
Sairah has changed my life. I wish I could meet her in person. I can't believe how deep she can get me to feel and how safe she can make the process. She is the person I reach out to, sometimes many times per day, when I need to be reminded that i am moving forward and I am fighting. She sits on the phone with me while I breathe, while I cry, while I journal, and I literally feel her holding me through the process as if she's In the room with me. She understands me on a level that no one has yet and she really believes that I can push through and discover who I am. She is really a gift and I am so blessed that our paths have crossed. I don't know what I would do without her.
Thank you!
